Delivery Policy

Purchase and File Instructions:

All products are electronic files and will only be sent to your Google Drive account. Please check "Share with me" directly. No links and email notifications will be sent, and physical products will not be sent to the address you filled in.

  • The goods will be shipped within 24 hours after the payment is completed, please wait patiently.
  • If you do not receive the goods after 24 hours, please private message the fan page.
  • After the purchase, the customer service will process your order, and you will receive the file within 24 hours. There will be instructions on how to view the order.
  1. The files you purchased can be viewed online or downloaded, and can be used on mobile phones or computers.
  2. Please fill in the correct information in "Order Information", otherwise it will affect the reissue operation and viewing rights of lost files.
  3. If you do not fill in the complete orderer information, the file will lose the link after 7 days and cannot be viewed.
  4. If the file is lost or needs to be reissued, please leave a message in the order you want to reissue or send a private message to the fan page.
  5. There are two types of VR series works: cloud file and Youtube link, which can be viewed without a VR device.
